There are many consequences of stress, and its good to be aware of them. Depending on the cause and how severe it is, stress can manifest in many different ways. The fact is, stress affects everyone a little differently, but it's always something you should take seriously. So let's examine a few of the more common consequences of stress that many people experience.

There are lots of theories, books and programs on how to reverse aging, as this is a common concern. You can spend thousands on health foods, books, and exotic juices that will supposedly extend our life span. Stress management, however, may be the most effective anti-aging tool of all. Just as eating the wrong foods or not exercising enough can cause us to age faster, so can having a great deal of stress in our lives. Since stress has an impact on all of our organs, as well as the way our brains work, it follows that the more stress we have, the faster we age. Conversely, learning how to handle stress can be an important component to any anti-aging regimen.
