Help those Love Handles Disappear

How attached are you to your love handles? In truth you probably don't even like your love handles, let alone love them. Truth be told you dislike that extra weight you carry around. Love handles are uncomfortable. Also, if they are growing quickly they can cause you pain and be quite itchy. Keeping that extra weight is not a law or requirement of any kind, thankfully. Removing your love handles is possible and there are many ways to accomplish this. There are even options to help you lose the handles. Stay tuned if you want to learn more.

First you have to move around. For a healthy star focus on low impact exercises such as walking. A treadmill would be a good purchase, if you do not want to exercise outside of your home. Many find that walking in front of their television helps. Something as simple as dancing to some good music is helpful. Being active is the important part, regardless of what you choose to do. The weight will not go away if you are just sitting around. You will just gain more weight just sitting around. And who wants their love handles to get bigger.

Add weight training to supplement the other forms of exercise and help tone your new body. Weight training may not burn as much fat as aerobic exercise it is still beneficial. Weight training will increase your muscle mass and metabolism making your other routines easier to complete. You will benefit from the increased metabolism in the rate at which your body burns fat.

Take the initiative and get up out of your chair. You should spend at least a half an hour exercising every day. Some if not all of this time should be aerobic exercise. The amount of weight you gain is relative to the amount of time you spend sitting down. To keep the love handles away you need to burn calories through exercise. Exercise will also improve your mood by releasing endorphins which help you fight stress. There are so many positive things that come from exercise. Switch that television off, throw that bag of chips out and head out the door. You would think that love handles are something we like with a name like that. However, most people find them embarrassing, irritating and annoying. Nobody likes having a waistline that expands beyond the confines of the pants or skirts that they are wearing. But you don't have to live with this extra fat if you choose not to! There are plenty of options available to live healthy and drop the weight. Hard work and patience will help you watch those love handles shrink.
