The quality of service between local estate agents varies considerably, and it is only through conducting adequate research that such things can be discovered. Today, there are ,many ways to delve into how well, or how badly, each is performing. The local press can be good, as can be talking with friends and neighbours who may have had dealings with them.
The best research though is to listen the opinions of sellers who have recently gone through the process, but, finding out this information would not necessarily seem easy. Should things not go to plan, making a quick decision to switch to other researched agents should always be kept in mind too.
